Cancellation Policy: If the apartment cannot provide a room for you, the apartment will notify you within five working days of receiving your application. The apartment will not charge any fees. If the apartment provides you with a room, but you do not accept the online terms and conditions, your application will expire five working days or three working days after the peak sales period of the apartment (July to September). If you have accepted online accommodation or signed a lease agreement and then decide to cancel this agreement, the apartment will accept the cancellation under the following conditions: - You cancel your application within 14 days after the apartment confirms your booking (initial cancellation period) - please note that this will reduce to 7 days from August 1st as it gets closer to the check-in date. - When you accept cancellation beyond the initial cancellation period, you are responsible for paying rent on a weekly basis (every week or half-week) until another tenant is found, in which case the apartment can re-rent the room to the new tenant. - If you have accepted accommodation invitation online or received keys before choosing to cancel, the apartment will cancel for you according to the following terms: - You find another new tenant for the room (you are responsible for finding another tenant). - You are still responsible for paying rent on a weekly basis (every week or half-week) until the room is re-rented to another new tenant. If the room is sublet, you will be charged a £50 management fee. If you accept and move into the accommodation for the entire lease period, we reserve the right to add charges to your final balance for any damages or debts incurred. If there are no charges or debts at the end of the lease, your contract will be finalized and terminated.
