To Pay by TransferMate platform, please log in to your personal account, select Pay Now in Booking interface to jump to TransferMate platform payment interface, fill in necessary information and complete payment. Please note that this payment method is that you pay to TransferMate platform, and when TransferMate platform receives the payment, the payment will be made to VITA STUDENT. Therefore, it is expected that the arrival time is about 3-5 working days, and the arrival time will be delayed if there are legal holidays in China and the UK. 2. Wire Transfer Payment Vita officially accepts bank transfer, including Chinese wire transfer and UK bank account transfer. The arrival cycle of the British transfer is generally about 1 week, and the arrival cycle of the Chinese wire transfer is generally 1-2 weeks. Please note that VITA currently only has a UK company account, not a Chinese bank account.    Students do not need to pay a house deposit, only an advance payment and rent are required.

5. What is a guarantor?

   In order to meet the financial responsibility of the rental process, a guarantor is defined here as someone who is 18 years of age or older who is willing to share the financial responsibility of renting with you and who is willing to assume this responsibility for you, no matter what reason you are unable to pay the rent for the apartment. At the time of booking, if you choose to pay the rent in two or four instalments, then you will need the support of a guarantor. A guarantor will need to agree to act as your guarantor and sign the rental documents. The apartment has the right to recover the unpaid rent from the guarantor. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your sponsor fully understands the obligations they have.

6. What kind of individual is competent to vouch for another?

   All students over the age of 18 who live in the UK and are not residents of Weta House are eligible to act as student guarantors for four instalments of rent. 7. Can I check into my room beforehand?

8. Is this place suitable for couples to live together?

   Our apartment warmly welcomes couples to stay, however, in this case, rates may vary slightly. Currently, if two people stay together, we charge an additional 20% of the rent.

9. Do I have to pay local taxes?

   If you are eligible and a full-time student, you will be entitled to free local tax. Therefore, you will need to submit relevant documents to the property to prove that you are a full-time student.

10. What fees should I pay?

    The rent already includes utilities, fast 250 megabytes of broadband and reliable wireless Internet service, in addition to all personal belongings insurance. Oh, and we also offer you free breakfast every Monday through Friday.

11. When can I check in?

    You can check in at the beginning of the contract. If you arrive at the apartment during non-working hours, it is best to inform the apartment in advance so that the apartment can arrange a check in.

12. What should I do if something is damaged or broken in my room?

    Use the mobile app equipped with the apartment to enjoy the convenience of indoor repair! When filling in the application for repair, you can attach a graphic so that the equipment supervisor can respond quickly. How convenient, you can also visit the ground floor in person to meet the front desk team responsible for customer service and receive helpful support.

13. How do I get my access card?

    After check-in at the front desk, tenants can get their own key card at the front desk.

14. Can smoking be allowed in the room?

    According to the contract, smoking is not allowed in the rental apartment. Each apartment is equipped with a designated smoking area, please go to the designated area.

15. Can I ask someone else to pick up my key card?

    For security reasons, only you are allowed to collect your key card, so no one else can do it for you. Where should I wash my clothes?

16. Can I keep pets in my apartment?

    Unfortunately, due to the management policy, pets are not allowed.

17. Who do I turn to if my network is down?

    Inside the apartment, you can resolve problems by talking to the staff or filling out a repair form, or by contacting Ask4, the apartment's Internet service provider. 19. Can I drive to the apartment?

    Apartments All properties are conveniently located in the city centre, close to the university. In addition, the developers of the apartments also took into account the environmental impact of the car. Due to the location and easy access to the apartments, there are no parking facilities designed for any of the apartments. What's more, in some residential areas (such as Exeter), parking is strictly prohibited within 1.5 km of the accommodation area.

20. Is smoking allowed in the room?

    For safety, the apartment is non-smoking and has a smoke detector. If you need to smoke, please ask the front desk about the designated smoking area in the apartment.
