请登录您的公寓学生门户或邮箱，并搜索"Review My Contract"，以查看并确认房租截止日期。确切的截止日期将以合同上的支付截止日为准。关键信息为【Balance】当前需要支付的总金额，【Due Date】支付截止日（格式：日/月/年）。请在截止日之前支付清楚房租。
房租支付方法
请登录Student Portal界面，点击Review/Pay Statement进入支付界面。在需要支付的项目前打勾，点击pay进行支付。公寓可接受在线刷卡支付（支持信用卡）或银行转账。 1. 在线刷卡，请确保支付卡类型为以下四种之一：Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron。填写持卡人信息，并确保支付卡有足够的额度，且银行支持该支付方式。支付卡可由他人持有。 2. 银行汇款，公寓支持pay to study等方式注册信息，并在银行完成支付。但请注意，电汇需要数个工作日才能到账，请提前安排付款。
关于24/15年的预定，如果因为延期而无法入住，该怎么处理？
如果学生在2024年10月之前无法到达英国并提供相关证明和公寓申请退订，公寓将根据具体情况进行审核和决定，没有统一标准。
如何兑现公寓特殊优惠？
请参考您预订时公寓提供的活动细则，然后按照相应的规定和公寓接受。

是否可以提前入住？
如果有提前入住需求，请联系顾问老师，如有空房，接受额外房租即可提前入住

入住手续可在什么时间办理？
在签订合同时即可办理入住。如果在非工作时间到达公寓，请提前告知公寓方以便安排check in。
如何领取门卡？
可以在入住手续办理完毕后，前往公寓前台领取门卡。
可以请他人代领门卡吗？
不可行，因为安全原因，只能本人领取门卡。
可以在公寓内饲养宠物吗？
不可以，公寓禁止携带宠物。
