除了房租还有其他费用吗？
除了租金，我们还会收取114英镑的服务费，包括一次入住前的清洁和全新的床上用品（床单、被套、枕头、被子）。为了保障房间内的财物安全，我们还收取250英镑的押金，退房后会收到财务的退款通知邮件，按照步骤进行退款。
我应该什么时候付款？
250英镑的押金需要在收到发票后48小时内支付；其余房费需要在入住前4周或更早支付。如果预定日距离入住日不足4周，房费和押金需一同支付。
可以分期付款吗？
可以的，我们提供总价5000英镑以上订单的分期付款选择，具体情况可以联系销售顾问。
取消订单的政策是什么？
在入住前超过四周的取消将退还250英镑的押金和114英镑的服务费；在入住前四周内取消则需支付250英镑押金、114英镑的服务费，以及4周的房费。入住后如需退订，则负责 entire rental payment，需支付全款或找到合适的替租户抵消；办理转租后押金不予退还。
是否可以双人入住？
可以的，某些studio允许两人入住，每周加收50英镑。
可以选择房间号吗？
很抱歉，由于我们提供灵活的2-51周租期，房间流转频繁，无法在房订时给予客户准确的房间号，具体房间安排以入住时前台的安排为准。
其他城市的学生可以预定房间吗？
可以，只要是18岁及以上的学生都可以入住。
