Can I cancel the contract or leave early? According to the lease agreement, you are bound by law until the end of the lease term. However, if you have a replacement tenant, the apartment may consider terminating your lease. The replacement tenant must meet all of the apartment's criteria and provide complete guarantor details before the process is completed. Exiting tenants will be charged a fee of £50. Cancellations are only valid once written consent from the apartment has been received.
