通过银行电汇，请在顾问的指导下联系公寓获取转账信息，最后再去银行执行支付。请注意，电汇可能需要几个工作日才能到账，务必提前安排支付。

请查看你预订时公寓提供的相关优惠条款，并按照条款联系公寓进行兑现。
我可以自行选择室友吗？
如果你有其他朋友一同预订请联系我们的顾问团队，我们将尽力为你们协调安排。
我能否提前入住？
如果你想提前入住，请联系你的顾问老师。如果公寓有可用的房间并同意相应的额外租金，就可以安排提前入住。
我需要缴纳地税吗？
如果你是符合条件的全日制学生，你将不需要缴纳地税。你需向公寓提供证明你是全日制学生的文件。
何时可以办理入住手续？
自合同生效起即可办理入住，Student Castle公寓的前台24小时都有工作人员值班，可以为你提供帮助。
我该如何获取门卡？
完成前台的入住手续后，可以在公寓前台领取门卡。
我能否让他人代领门卡？
不可以，因安全原因，门卡需要由你亲自领取。

我需要报修要怎么做？
1. 通过公寓的系统进行报修：请进入你的公寓Student Portal，依次点击Services-->Maintenance-->Maintenance Request进行线上报修；2. 可以直接前往公寓前台进行报修。
房间内可以吸烟吗？
出于安全考虑，公寓内禁止吸烟，并且装有烟雾报警器。如果需要吸烟，请向公寓前台询问指定的吸烟区。
