Cooling-off period for a full refund is available. The cooling-off period for bookings made before May 27, 2024, is 5 days. The cooling-off period for bookings made after May 27, 2024, is 48 hours. Outside the cooling-off period: 1. Beyond the cooling-off period, but if the following conditions are met and relevant official proof is provided, a full refund can be requested from the apartment: No Place No Pay Official notification of school rejection, failure to meet degree requirements, recent IELTS score below requirements, official notification of language course/preparatory course scores below requirements. Official proof must be provided to VITA within 48 hours of receipt, late submissions are invalid, and a full refund without liability can be requested. No Visa No Pay Visa rejection.
