支付房租的方法
公寓支持担保卡扣款支付或者银行汇款两种方式。 1. 担保卡自动扣款在付款截止日，公寓会按照付款计划，从你当时绑定的担保卡中自动扣款。请确保担保卡在付款日当天有足够额度提供房租扣款，并确保你的担保卡的发卡银行支持这笔款项划款。 2. 银行电汇支付如果你的担保卡无法进行房租支付，那么请提前进行银行转账。支付前请提前和您准备使用的银行提前沟通，确定好需要带什么材料去做电汇，然后携带好对应材料。请让银行协助计算对应的中转手续费，确保房租可以足额到账。请严格使用公寓给你发的银行信息进行支付（如果邮件未收到公寓的银行账户，并且准备使用电汇交房租，那么请提前发给公寓邮箱，来获取官方提供的付款信息），并且添加对应附言信息，注意请勿轻信任何第三方提供的收款账户。最后，请确保房租足额到账，并请把汇款单发给公寓进行查账。
如何支付押金？是否会进行退还？
预订房间时已支付押金。退房时，退还押金视房屋财产状况而定。
我可以什么时候办理入住手续？
你可以选择在合同签订当天或之后搬入公寓。在入住日期前，公寓会及时告知入住的注意事项和具体时间安排。
办理退房？
最晚需要在租约终止日当天的11点搬出房间，任何遗留物品将被公寓视为放弃，并收取清理费。
预订流程是怎样的？
预定需要支付押金，租客本人确认合同并绑定一张未来支付房租的担保卡。
可以在公寓内停车吗？
不可以，公寓没有提供停车场
我能养宠物吗？
不可以在公寓内养宠物
可以有客人吗？
除非另有说明，否则卧室仅适合单人入住。在不给其他乘客造成干扰或不便的情况下，由管理层酌情允许不定期过夜的访客。您将对访客的行为和行为负全部责任。
办理入住的Key collection pass是什么？
