朋友可以来访吗？
可以，但是你需要对朋友的行为负责。如果朋友对公寓造成损害，你须赔偿，朋友的访问时间不得超过一周（疫情期间，公寓可能根据情况进行调整，具体以公寓规定为准）。
如果遇到噪音该怎么办？
在晚上11点到早上7点之间，若邻居等产生噪音，你可以向公寓投诉，公寓会根据具体情况处理噪音问题。
公寓会清洁卫生吗？
公寓会负责清洁公共区域的卫生，而学生的私人空间需要自行保持整洁，包括多人间的厨房和休息室。
疫情期间可以申请延期吗？
在入住前至少一周，向公寓提供相关证明以申请延期，具体情况请及时与公寓和顾问联系。
公寓提供床上用品和厨具吗？
公寓不提供床上用品及厨具等个人生活用品，学生需要自行准备。
