Nottingham Renting Guide

Hey ladies, let me recommend a nice rental location, the Nova Apartments in the city center of Nottingham. My friend lives there and has been enjoying their stay for the past few months! 💁🏻‍♀️In terms of room types, the apartments offer a variety of options, including various studios ranging from 16-26 square meters, en-suite rooms ranging from 12-16 square meters, and 2-bed apartments ranging from 11-13 square meters. Since my friend lives in a studio, I can only tell you that cooking in the studio can leave a strong smell, but the location is really great! 🏰The apartment facilities are well-equipped and bills are included. Wi-Fi is also free. There are study rooms, a gym, an entertainment room, and a movie screening room inside the building. The most special feature is a dedicated room for gatherings, which even has a DJ booth and a bar! 🚍In terms of transportation, there is a bus stop right downstairs from the apartment. It takes about 9 minutes to reach the Jubilee campus, about 13 minutes to reach the Park campus, and about a 7-minute walk to Nottingham Trent University. Very convenient. 📍Located in the city center, it is convenient for shopping and daily life. The soundproofing is good, and the apartments are relatively new. The bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas. However, there is a small drawback - because the ground floor has no windows, cooking in the room can lead to kitchen smells, and since the windows cannot be opened, the smell can be a bit stuffy.
