I really love this studio at the entrance of Mo Da's, it's so nice!

Family, the room size is quite spacious, and bills are included. The air conditioning isn't noisy. The key point is, this apartment is right at the door of Monash University!!! The room comes with a bathroom, a small kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. The location is fantastic, you can walk to Victoria Market, four stops directly to Monash University, it takes about 3 minutes to walk to Melbourne University, and only 8 minutes to RMIT. Also, it's super close to Chinatown and the QV shopping center!!!
