Near RMIT, it's just a 15-minute walk to Melbourne Uni. It's also close to shopping centers, so life here is pretty convenient. The Melbourne Central station is just a 450-meter walk away, making commuting quite easy. This apartment comes with a game room, a cinema, and an outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. The amenities are pretty good. The room is quite spacious, enough for one person, and the windows can be opened. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with it. 🏠
