Due to personal schedule reasons, I have to temporarily leave Edinburgh. The house was just renovated in July, so everything is basically new, and all appliances and furniture are available, including a washing machine and bathtub. Bills are all inclusive. The location is at 26 Calton Road, close to both Princess Street and the Moray Campus. It would be best if someone could move in soon.
