Melbourne budget is over 400, go ahead and explore as much as you want! Quite a lot!

It's a bit tough to find a nice studio, but an ensuite with fewer people is still good! Look at the curved design on my cover, it's still trendy, with lots of windows making the room bright! Plus, we can snag it for just over 400 bucks. It's pretty close to Monash University, next to the Weimarket and Melbourne Central Station. 🌈 There's a 24-hour gym, rooftop garden, cinema, meeting rooms, library, outdoor terrace with BBQ, and bike storage. If we don't move in until February next year, it won't hurt to check it out, right? 🌝
