Budget isn't high, but still want to live with a private bathroom. Believe it or not, there's actually one‼️ Even though it's a 5b, having a private bathroom is super comfortable! The bedroom and bathroom are all ours. Aside from cooking in the living room kitchen, I usually just chill in my own room! The room isn't huge, but living alone doesn't feel cramped. 💟 One bed, a desk, and a bathroom with a shower. Heating, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. The kitchen and common area are quite spacious, not that small curved type. Only 400 meters from Mo University 💕, you can walk there. With a 400 budget and a desire for a private bathroom, you can compare and see what I mean❣
