Moved to Melbourne and living in a social apartment now. The studio is fantastic!

Living in a studio apartment is common in the first year, and you never know who your roommates in a shared apartment might be. Unless you're living with friends, a one-bedroom place seems a bit extravagant. Even if it's not a full year, you can easily find a place to move to by July. I absolutely adore the one my agent sister recommended – crossing my fingers to lock it in, hahaha. It's just 600 meters from Melbourne Central, and there's a bus stop right outside the door.
