Just a kilometer away from Mo University, it's quite convenient for everyday grocery shopping and cooking 🉑. The location is indeed pretty nice, with the Chessboard Garden behind it. Taking a stroll there when free feels really pleasant [Wow R]. It's also quite hassle-free, as furniture, appliances, and utilities are all included. You can move in directly. Plus, the apartment often hosts various events, so I've made quite a few new friends 😃.
