The house area is spacious with a balcony. There aren't particularly tall buildings around, so the view is pretty good. The customer service downstairs is also Chinese, making communication very convenient. There's a bus stop nearby, making it easy to go anywhere. If not, there's always the ferry, which runs every ten minutes, directly to City UQ and QUT.
