学生在预定时可以提出对室友的要求，我们会尽力满足要求，但不能保证一定能满足所有要求。室友安排还需要考虑房间空余和其他因素。未成年学生只能与同性别室友共住，并且楼层选择有限。
学生如何更换房间或者房型?
学生在入住期间，如果对当前房型或室友有不满意之处，可前往前台填写换房申请表。待大楼经理批准后，即可办理换房手续。换房的原则是只能换到相同或更高级别的房型（需支付差价）。若需换入低价房型，请与大楼经理咨询。
谁可以申请入住 Student One 学生公寓？
目前只对学生开放，公寓不仅限于学生签证，也欢迎其他签证持有人入住。然而，入住学生需要提供相关证明材料，如在学证明、学校offer、学生证或COE等，以确保该学生是在布里斯班读书的。在学证明文件的长度应不少于预定的Student One公寓要求的长度，以确保学生在入住期间一直保持学生身份。
