Student One 学生公寓的入住条件是什么?
公寓目前仅对学生开放，并不仅仅以学生签证为唯一标准，其他签证持有人也可入住。但要求入住学生提供在学的证明文件，如学校offer、学生证、COE等，以证明其正是在布里斯班读书的学生。在学证明文件的长度应与或大于预订Student One公寓的时间长度，确保在入住期间保持学生身份不变。

如果入住期间有任何问题,应该如何处理?
前台值班，24小时提供帮助和支持，学生可直接前往前台或电话联系。
可以要求室友吗？
学生在预定时可以提出对室友的要求，我们会尽力满足要求，但不能保证一定能满足所有要求。室友安排还需要考虑房间空余和其他因素。未成年学生只能与同性别室友共住，并且楼层选择有限。
可以接受未成年吗
可容纳年满17周岁以上未成年学生入住。
提供床上用品和厨具吗？
提供炊具，床上用品需自行准备或在公寓内购买。
