I can't imagine how lively and cheerful I'd be living in this house 🥺. The layout is square, with spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows and large balcony provide excellent lighting and views. It's so delightful to watch the sunrise and sunset during leisure time 🥰. Located in the commercial district, with three shopping centers and a department store nearby. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is available 🍻. 📍It's only a 3-minute walk to Burwood train station, making commuting a breeze~. The bus stop downstairs goes straight to the Sydney University gate, leaving you no chance to walk. It's a blessing for the lazy ones 😅.
