Today, I want to recommend to you all the awesome new place I've moved into – Scape's studio suite at 99 Franklin Street, Melbourne VIC. 🤗 The rent is 629 Australian dollars per week, but it covers all the bills! 🔌 It's perfect for me, especially being a student – hassle-free and convenient. Now, here's the highlight: the bed is Queen Size, measuring 153✖️204cm. Sleeping on it is unbelievably comfortable; I never want to get out of bed in the morning. 🛌 The view outside the window is breathtaking, putting me in such a great mood! The ensuite bathroom is fantastic – no more waiting in line for the shower in the morning, super convenient. 🚿 There's also a smart TV and air conditioning, so modern, especially in Melbourne's unpredictable weather. Air conditioning is a lifesaver! 📺🌬️ The internet is lightning-fast, no stress while binge-watching or surfing. 💻 And, there's a lounge and a breakfast bar. Having a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying some leisure time is just blissful. ☕️🥐 Oh, the location is superb too – just a 2-minute walk to RMIT and a 10-minute walk to Melbourne Uni. It couldn't be more convenient. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ In conclusion, I'm genuinely happy about moving here.
