How outrageous are the prices for Sydney's apartment breakfast packs?? 🤔

I'm so lazy, I really need to find an apartment that includes utilities 💨 because I don't want to bother with paying for water and electricity myself. I don't have time to personally check out student apartments or social housing ones, so I have no clue if they're good or bad 💦. When it comes to student apartments, just a quick search on Xiaohongshu and you pretty much know what you're getting into; it's relatively transparent 💦. I've booked a student apartment that covers bills and even provides breakfast‼️ Basically, once I pay the rent, there won't be any additional expenses‼️ Places within walking distance of Sydney University are outrageously expensive, not to mention finding one that includes breakfast. Let's face it, for those of us on a tight budget, let's stick to taking the bus together. The bus stop is right at the door, and it doesn't take long to get there, it's a direct route. The front desk service is good 🌝. Oh, and one more thing, I'll be moving in around February and checking out by December, so it won't interfere with going home for the holidays.
