New South University, February 2024, mansion! Just like this?

Whoever says this Rosebery is a luxury home, come forward‼️ I don't know if it's luxury or not, but the house doesn't seem too expensive to afford anyway 😂 The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout feels just okay to me. Furnished with furniture and appliances, equipped with air conditioning... Other apartments have the same setup, right? ㊙️ It's very close to the University of New South Wales, just a 12-minute bus ride away. Going out is also quite convenient. There's a Woolworths 200 meters away, so we don't have to go far for shopping. Anyway, I think it's pretty convenient for the sisters at the University of New South Wales to live here for school ❣
