Can't stress this enough! 3⃣️ times‼️‼️‼️ So, any agency that charges service fees is a scam. Here in Australia, renting works in partnership with apartments. The apartments pay them commissions, and then the agents find suitable tenants. Not only that, rental platforms also offer high cashback activities‼️ So, all you future international students 🧑‍🎓👩‍🎓, keep your eyes wide open! Don't be fooled by unscrupulous agents 🙏
