It's so blissful to have a cozy house in Exeter! The river view room is amazing, with breathtaking scenery. 🖼️ The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete and new facilities.👏🏻 Plus, there is heating, so it's warm even in winter. The apartment also offers various activities and places for studying and exercising, which is very convenient. 📍The location is not in the city center, so there is less noise and it won't disturb your sleep too much. Undoubtedly, it's a hidden gem of student apartments! 😭 (Affordable studio with high ceilings, one of the best in its price range) ⚠️The only downside is that it's a bit far from the University of Exeter. (It takes about 35 to 40 minutes to walk) If you mind that, you might want to consider an alternative route.❗️
