Not to mention, this studio is really great to live in! The rent includes all bills, and it comes fully furnished with all necessary appliances. The space is also quite spacious. Moreover, it is conveniently located close to the school. It takes only 10 minutes to commute to UQ and 5 minutes to commute to QUT.
