Moray Place is 2.9 miles away, approximately a 25-minute bus ride. 4. The Art College is 2.3 miles away, approximately a 13-minute bus ride. The library and the main campus of the University of Edinburgh are just across the park. There are nearby bus stops, Sainsbury's, and other supermarkets, making life convenient. It takes about an 8-9 minute walk to reach Princes Street. This is a new apartment from 2023, so there is no need to worry about aging or maintenance issues.
