72-hour sublet for international students in Melbourne

This apartment is located in the City. I haven't moved in yet. It is 800 meters away from University of Melbourne and 180 meters away from RMIT. It is convenient for attending classes at both universities. There is a 24-hour convenience store and Asian supermarket downstairs, as well as restaurants and Flagstaff Gardens nearby. The rent includes utilities. Originally, I planned to live here by myself and didn't intend to sublet. However, now I want to live with my friend. I have signed a one-year lease starting from the end of this month, so I would like to sublet it before the end of the month. However, if someone is interested in renting, they can start renting from any time. The rent is the same for six months or one year, and I am willing to provide a subsidy from my own pocket.
