72-hour sublet for studying abroad in Melbourne

This apartment is located in the city, I haven't moved in yet. It is 800 meters away from University of Melbourne and 180 meters away from RMIT, making it convenient for attending classes at both schools. There is a 24-hour convenience store and Asian supermarket downstairs, as well as restaurants and Flagstaff Gardens nearby. The rent includes all bills. Originally, I planned to live here by myself and didn't intend to sublet. However, now I want to live with my friend. I have signed a one-year lease starting from the end of this month, so I would like to sublet it before the end of the month. If someone is interested in renting, they can start from any time they prefer. The rent is the same for six months or one year, and I am willing to provide a subsidy from my own pocket.
