Why rent an expensive house when coming to Melbourne?

That sounds really great! The room is a nice studio with a small living room, complete with a sofa, kitchen, and dining table. It's convenient and comfortable! The bedroom even has a double bed, and I heard that it feels even more spacious when actually living there. The view outside the window is also incredibly beautiful. The location is fantastic too, right next to RMIT, and it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Monash University. There's also Victoria Market and the State Library nearby. It's simply perfect!
