Trust me, Melbourne has some small yet beautiful student apartment brands that are worth considering!
Nowadays, student apartments can be quite expensive. In Melbourne, a 1-bedroom apartment can easily go up to $600 per week. [Facepalm R]
However, I have found a student apartment with an average price ranging from $300 to $400, with a maximum of $500. The best part is that it is close to the universities! It is suitable for both Melbourne University and RMIT.
The apartment is called Dwell, located in Melbourne City. It consists of only one building, so it's not very large in scale. However, it has a great location, various room types, and reasonable prices.
◐ Floor plans & prices:
5B: Starting from $299 per week
4B: $409 per week
3B: Starting from $329 per week
2B: Starting from $299 per week with a balcony
Studio: Starting from $469 per week
1B Apartment: $539 per week
◑ Considering everything, I personally recommend the 2B and 1B apartments.
☞ In other student apartments, $500 might only get you a decent-sized studio, but with this one, you can choose a larger 1-bedroom apartment! It has a real living room, a small kitchen, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. It's not like a studio where everything is squeezed together without any walls separating the areas.
☞ The 2B apartments come with a balcony, which makes life much more convenient! It's great for drying clothes or using it as a storage area. There are two types of 2B apartments: one with two separate bedrooms and a common area, and another with one large room divided by two beds. If you're living with a friend, it's really nice.
