I really like the duplex type of house. On the first floor, there is a kitchen and a living room. On the second floor, there are bedrooms and bathrooms. I feel like living in this type of house would be more comfortable. The duplex I recently saw is 2b2b. The windows are big and square, which is the type that Chinese people like. The house is very clean and not old-fashioned. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and gyms around, which can meet our daily needs. The bus stop is about 70 meters away. For international students, it takes 19 minutes to commute to USYD, 16 minutes to UNSW, and 25 minutes to UTS.
