There are also ping pong, basketball, soccer fields, and outdoor barbecues. The apartment often holds parties. The station is just outside the door, close to the city, and there is direct public transportation to anywhere. It takes 18 minutes to walk to Monash University and 3 stops by bus. There are many parks opposite the apartment, which is suitable for morning running and walking. The price is much cheaper than other apartments, and the cost performance is really high.
