I swear this was the most comfortable studio I ever stayed in Melbourne.

I'm really surprised to find out that there is a 28 square metre studio in Melbourne with a balcony 💯 I really like it 🎉 And you wouldn't believe it, it also has air conditioning and bills included, it's really 🐮. As if that wasn't enough, it's also close to the university, it's a 10 minute walk to RMIT and a 17 minute walk to the University of Melbourne, wow!
