The cat book | Subletting of student apartment in the city.

I am leaving the country soon and am looking to sublet my room! The apartment is a student complex with complete furniture and utilities included. Both male and female roommates are welcome. The lease starts now and ends on January 30th. The location is amazing, right in the city, next to Victoria Park and Flagstaff Garden, and it is very convenient to get to! The security is great and the facilities are perfect, with study rooms, cinemas, gyms, outdoor barbecues, etc. The room is not very big, but it is enough for one person!
