The highlight of this apartment is its excellent facilities, including a gym, cinema room, game area, study area, meeting rooms, communal kitchen, and outdoor courtyard. ⭕️The only drawback is that the location is a bit far, taking approximately 23 minutes by bus to reach the University of Edinburgh, 21 minutes to reach the Edinburgh College of Art, and 27 minutes to reach Moray College.
