You will be located at National Landing, which is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. This area boasts the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area and is only minutes from downtown. Walking distance to Reagan National Airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.
The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Access to the pool is for registered guests only, with each reservation including two registered guests. Additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. As part of our commitment to ensuring the safety of our community, we ask that you complete a screening process.
