The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. During transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A screening process is required as part of our commitment to community safety. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
