This apartment is located in a quaint, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a 0 tolerance policy for smoking and outdoor noise past quiet hours. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. If undisclosed pets are brought into the apartment without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking space for up to 2 cars is available. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
