The air conditioning in this home is remote-controlled mini splits, not central air with a thermostat. This unit is located on the bottom floor, and there may be guests staying in the upstairs unit during your stay. This unit does not have rooftop access. Bathtub jacuzzi jets in the downstairs tub are not functional. Parking includes a 1-car garage suitable for only one small to medium-sized car. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
