Pool and spa heat are available for an additional fee year-round but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. Parking is available for two cars at the end of the driveway next to the house and one more car can park in the space at the bottom of the driveway. No garage parking is available. This bright and airy home gives your group everything they need to experience the sand and surf of Malibu while also staying cool and entertained at home. Complete with an outdoor pool, private tennis court, and badminton net, there are endless ways to stay active and engaged right in your own backyard. And just a five-minute walk down the street, the shores of Big Dune Beach are waiting! Back home, you'll enjoy an uplifting design with corner fireplaces and chic gold accents, along with five main bedrooms and an additional daybed for even more space. Don't wait any longer to experience the magic of Malibu and feel at home at Dume Point. A 25-minute drive from Los Angeles and a legendary locale in its own right, Malibu is known for its great surf, stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and swoon-worthy homes. This famous beach town may be star-studded, but it's a laid-back community at heart. Think beachfront restaurants, small boutique shopping, and quiet residences perched between the water and the stunning Santa Monica Mountains. Local attractions include Malibu Pier, Lagoon State Beach, Point Dume Beach, El Matador Beach, Zuma Beach, Neptune’s Net, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, Malibu Creek State Park, Temescal Canyon hike, Leo Carrillo State Park, and Los Leones Malibu hike. Cell phone reception is spotty at this home (as it is in much of Malibu). We recommend that you turn on Wi-Fi calling for better reception. The occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
