No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2 cars in the garage. We have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations and prevent unauthorized parties. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
