Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space available in the double garage or on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use if needed. Each summer, our city’s historic streets are lined with hundreds of beautiful pink crape myrtles in full bloom, celebrated by the Crape Myrtle Festival in July. For those interested in exploring the Dallas-Fort Worth area, here are some noteworthy attractions: Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center, a forested nature preserve with a variety of hiking trails, bird-viewing areas, and dog-friendly hours [26 min drive], Grand Prairie Premium Outlets for great shopping – there are plenty of houseware, apparel, accessories, and footwear stores! [28 min drive], Xtreme Raceway Park, DFW’s premier 1/8th mile drag racing facility [20 min drive], and numerous nearby golf courses such as Tangle Ridge Golf Course, Walnut Creek Country Club, Southern Oaks Golf & Tennis Club, and Country View Golf Course. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. Additionally, please note that we do NOT allow street parking due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Thank you very much for your understanding. High-Speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, ensuring you stay connected whether for work or leisure. Although a laptop computer is not included, the home is equipped with sufficient space and amenities to set up a temporary work station if required. Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
