If additional space is needed, street parking in front of the house is an option. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. The spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. In order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The office room perfectly functions as a bedroom as well, equipped with a plush, queen-size sofa bed. For those workaholics, you can now sleep and have a nap in between Zoom meetings too!
