b. The deposit will be refunded to the tenants designated account from the apartments company trust account within 7-14 working days after the tenants departure.
c. Subleasing Fee: Tenants wishing to sublease their apartments must find their own tenants and complete the transfer procedures at the front desk. The fees for subleasing will be borne by the sublessee, with specific amounts determined by the front desk.
