The driver will be waiting for the guests at Auckland Airport, with a waiting time of 2 hours after the flight arrives. If the driver cannot be contacted during this period, the service fee will be charged in full and will not be refunded. 2. **Check-in Time**: Check-in is available daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. A fee of NZ $40.00 will be charged for check-ins between 7:01 PM and 6:59 AM. Please be sure to contact the Luau manager upon arrival at Auckland Airport. 3. **Check-out Time**: Check-out is at 11 AM. An additional fee of NZ $20.00 will apply for check-outs later than this time.
