‼️Is it really that difficult to find what I'm looking for? Check out what I found:👇 ✔️Move-in available in July ✔️10-minute walk to Monash University ✔️Also 10 minutes to RMIT ❎But what caught my attention is not the distance, but... ✅1. Air conditioning included. Even though the weather here isn't very hot, there are still a few days when it's uncomfortable without AC. ✅2. Laundry with no extra charge. It can save quite a bit over a year, especially when girls have piles and piles of clothes. ✅3. All bills included. I'm really lazy and don't have time to deal with utilities, not to mention it hurts a little when I have to pay them myself. ✅4.
