Many students who are starting school in July or September are already anxiously looking for housing. 🔥🔥🔥
If you want to know about recent housing options or housing information for the second half of the year, you can message me, and I'll add you to the group! ‼️
But renting a house also requires some planning~
1⃣️ You can determine the area where you want to rent a house.
2⃣️ Determine the type of room you want.
Some students like a lively environment and want to make friends or live with friends, so they can choose shared rooms; some students prefer a quieter lifestyle and enjoy living alone, so they can choose a studio or 1-bedroom.
3⃣️ Determine your budget range so that platforms or agents can provide more targeted recommendations. Not all families can easily support their children's dreams, and I have also seen many students working hard to support themselves. 💪
4⃣️ When you have a basic or very clear target range, if you find a place you like, it's better to book it early. The later you wait, the more expensive it might become.
If I missed anything, please feel free to add in the comments. 🙋
