I love Melbourne 1b1b so much, it's right next to the city.

The kitchen and living area are separate, though there's no partition, the cost-effectiveness is pretty high, not lacking even a half star. Definitely not hesitating to go for it!!! The downsides are obvious, even though the room is spacious, because it's a single bed, only one person can sleep, if friends want to stay for a night or two, they'll have to sleep on the floor.
